Entry Level Data Entry Associate (HYBRID)
Job Title: Data Entry Associate

Job Description

As a Data Entry Associate, you will analyze, research, and resolve problems for a large retail company related to new items or changes submitted for existing items by utilizing all supporting systems. You will resolve complex problems given limited information in a time-sensitive environment and demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems. Furthermore, you will perform cross-functional activities including maintenance and/or research using ancillary systems.

ResponsibilitiesSet up, analyze and research problems related to new items or changes for existing items.Resolve complex problems with limited information in a time-sensitive environment.Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems and their interdependencies.Perform cross-functional activities, including maintenance and research using ancillary systems.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree preferred.Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.Customer service skills.Experience handling high volume data.

*This team operates off of a 5 days in, 5 days remote hybrid schedule. This will be a long term contract with potential for conversion (based off performance) after around 12 months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
