Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Control Room Coordinator to join their team. As a Control Room Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and effective time management, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Entry-Level Control Room Coordinator
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor and assess overall progress against plans, including testing, deployment checklists, and milestones.
+ Coordinate and facilitate checkpoint calls and notes, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
+ Support ad-hoc requests and manage environment refreshes and cutover activities.
+ Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures and instructional materials.
+ Host and coordinate web-based meetings and status calls to enhance team collaboration.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an MBA.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective information sharing.
+ Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).
+ Analytical thinking with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
