Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components. Your role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.

ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes.Document production activities, machine performance, and any issues encountered.Essential SkillsProficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.Experience with CNC machine operation, including programming and setup.Familiarity with mill and lathe operations.Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and Mastercam software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Haas machine operations is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
