**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description Shift & Pay - 1st Shift - 5am - 3.30pm** We are seeking an assembler who is detail-oriented and capable of working effectively with others. This role involves being on your feet throughout the day and requires a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. You will be responsible for executing a 12-step process that includes tasks such as receiving, factory resetting, automatic testing, Wi-Fi testing, elevated temperature testing, cosmetic cleaning, cosmetic repair, in-process quality control, kitting, pack out/pallet building, and shipping. **Shift & Pay** **1st Shift - 5am - 3.30pm - 16/HR** **2nd Shift - 4pm - 2.30am - 18/HR** **Responsibilities** + Document and receive items as part of the process. + Perform manual factory resets by pressing buttons. + Execute automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units, assessing repair needs during cycles of 60-90 minutes. + Conduct Wi-Fi tests and elevated temperature tests. + Perform cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Conduct in-process quality control checks. + Assemble kits for packaging. + Build pallets and prepare kits for shipping to AT&T. + Ensure parts are scanned at every step of the process. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work on your feet for the entirety of the day. + Proficiency in working collaboratively with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, packing, and retail repair. + Skills in soldering and testing equipment. + Ability to use RF scanners and computers. + Familiarity with reading blueprints and using power tools. + General labor experience. + Hand dexterity and punctuality. **Why Work Here?** Join the start-up phase of a major partnership that promises growth opportunities into leadership roles such as leads, supervisors, and managers.
