Job Title: Assembly Operator
Job Description
As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing cable assemblies by completing job cards, routers, and necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
Complete job cards, routers, and documentation as required.Operate equipment necessary for manufacturing cable assemblies.Maintain material traceability by completing usage records.Monitor and perform inspections of assembled parts.Perform proof-loading of assembled parts.Gather samples for testing and inspection.Package and label processed materials according to instructions.Report quality issues to supervisors or quality personnel.Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly line work and visual inspection.Ability to use hand tools for cable assembly.Capability to operate packaging equipment.Strong attention to detail and documentation practice.Understanding of part workmanship and ability to analyze data.Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing defects.Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic setting with a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with potential for Saturday overtime based on production needs, from 8am-3pm. There are five openings available for this role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
