Job Title: Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to efficiently process a high volume of invoices daily. In the first two months, the role involves reviewing invoices received through Kofax, ensuring data accuracy, and submitting them into Microsoft 365. Additional responsibilities for full cycle processing will be added after the initial three-month period.
Responsibilities
Process 50-70 invoices per day.Review invoices for data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.Submit invoices into Microsoft 365.Assist with printing and mailing checks.Compare invoices to purchase orders.Contribute to full cycle processing after the first three months.Essential Skills
Detail-oriented.Quick learner and proactive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to changes and handle new tasks promptly.Accounts payable experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Open to entry-level candidates with an accounting or finance degree.Work Environment
The position operates from 8 am to 4 pm, with an initial requirement of five days in the office. Once trained, the schedule transitions to three days in-office and two days working from home. The team works in a casual attire environment at a recycling plant located in an industrial area. The location is best accessed via personal transportation as public transit options are limited.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
