Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing business problems to be solved with automated systemsSupports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activitiesContributes to process flows and solutions for business problemsPerforms configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access controlEnters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databasesWorks with team to design extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenariosCollaborates with team to produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staffMay set up user accesses and trains users on applicationContributes to make changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. Qualifications:
