Responsibilities:
Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing business problems to be solved with automated systemsSupports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activitiesContributes to process flows and solutions for business problemsPerforms configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access controlEnters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databasesWorks with team to design extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenariosCollaborates with team to produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staffMay set up user accesses and trains users on applicationContributes to make changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customerParticipates to perform system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination and deployingProvides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customerParticipates to ensure availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenanceWorks with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesAble to provide Audit evidence for Siebel & ERP SystemsAble to perform Roles and Responsibilities in Enterprise Systems like ERP & Siebel.Should be able to Automate the Workflows using AI Tools like Gen AI, RPA, Agentic AI etcShould have knowledge on AI Skill Set like Python, Embeddings, AI Cloud Platforms like GCP
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience2-5 years of experienceGood Communication SkillsAbility to understand end user issuesTechnical hands-on experienceAble to work independently and excel in a collaborative environmentAbility to trouble shootDemonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applicationsAbility to develop new systems and toolsExperience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems proceduresDemonstrated analytical skillsExperience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentAbility to identify and implement process improvements
