Job Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise-Wide Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure quality across complex, multi-application business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. D2D: -Design and execute test strategies for complex, cross-application business workflows -Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on business process requirements -Conduct E2E and UAT testing for web-based enterprise applications -Track, analyze, and report quality metrics to project stakeholders -Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle -Apply Rapid Software Testing principles to deliver timely and effective quality feedback We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -5+ years of experience in manual and/or automated testing quality assurance -Hands on experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in web-based applications -Proven track record testing long-running business processes than span multiple apps -Understanding of Rapid Software Testing principles -Ability to convert business processes into detailed test scenarios and cases -Experience designing and executing test strategies for enterprise applications -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong presentation skills to business and technical teams
