Enterprise Provider Account Manager
Step into a role of Provider Relations Manager where you will be responsible for executing education provider management in support of the EdAssist education provider product portfolio for a portfolio of enterprise EdAssist clients. The manager will be responsible for maintaining and fulfilling client contracts and SOWs (Statements of Work) related to education providers and their custom networks. The manager will participate in recruitmentand onboarding activities, maintain relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, and update agreements/contracts. Additionally, they will assist with provider performance reviews in standard and custom product delivery settings. They must have extensive client-facing experience and be comfortable working independently. Experience with higher education and workforce education industries—specifically related to corporate and channel partnerships, advancement, or strategic enrollment—is highly desirable. We partner with some of the world’s best companies to provide services that help employees perform their best and support families to thrive both personally and professionally. **Responsibilities:** **Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:** + Fulfills client SOWs and contractual obligations for the assigned portfolio of clients + Internal project management support + Maintainclient custom networks, custom networkassessments,reportingsupport and deliveryto clients + Recruitsand onboardseducation providersas part of standard and custom provider product delivery,engaging ininitialoutreach, agreement/contract negotiations,providerorientation/training, and similar activities. + Serves as primary point of contact forprovider-relatedinquiries, troubleshooting, and escalationsfor assigned portfolio of clients + Serves as internal SME (subject matter expert) for internaland client-facingproject support + Proactively develops and grows strong partnerships with providersand clientstomaintaincurrent knowledge of provider offerings and tooptimizeoutcomes. + Collectsand analyzesprovider/client alignment metrics to contribute to performance reviews andinformprovider engagement strategy + Work closely with internal teams tofacilitateprovider product service delivery, quality control, and issue resolution. + Perform other related duties as assigned that support theobjectiveof the position + Support the Director onclient andprovider-focused initiatives and product development **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor'sdegree + Experience Required:3 years in partnership or account management or a position with similar requirements; higher education experience preferred. **Additional Job Requirements** + Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 Suiterequired; Salesforceproficiencypreferred + Excellent oral and written communication skills includingproficiencyin client-facing communications + Proven project management skills + Evidence of being highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to work well across teams and in distance/work-from-home environments + Self-starter who is comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments Bring your leadership skills and passion for early childhood education to Bright Horizons, where you’ll foster an enriching environment for children, families, and staff. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
