As an enterprise data architect, you will drive tangible outcomes by shaping enterprise-scale data strategies and accelerating cloud-native technology adoption (primarily AWS).  You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to design and implement scalable, cloud-native data solutions, leveraging modern practices. You will also communicate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling ways to diverse audiences – from developers to senior executives, building consensus and delivering pragmatic solutions while balancing strategic vision through influence and value articulation. Proven experience in data architecture and engineering roles, both independently and as part of large-scale initiativesDeep expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including data lakes, warehouses, and streaming architecturesStrong knowledge of cloud-native services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis) and modern data engineering toolsUnderstanding of data governance, quality management, security best practices, and emerging paradigms (data mesh/fabric)Awareness of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases enabled by robust data architectureExceptional ability to simplify complexity and inspire confidence across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong bias for action with a focus on delivering measurable business resultsExperience with data modelling techniques and tools like ERWIN in cloud environments is valuable.
