As a CVS Health Corporate Intern you will participate in: + Projects that contribute to the success of our business + Community service activities + Professional development workshops + Mentorship and networking opportunities + Interaction with senior leaders The Enterprise Customer Experience & Insights internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 27th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following office locations: + Hartford, CT + Northbrook, IL + Woonsocket, RI The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. The hourly rate is $55/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health. **Relocation:** CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles. **Sponsorship:** Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. You will gain valuable work experience and participate in: + Customer experience strategic decision support (research, analysis, problem solving, executive communication) + Change management (partner with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business goals and strategic priorities) + Enterprise communication and engagement (develop and maintain content that showcases team initiatives, promotes transparency, and fosters enterprise-wide engagement) **Required Qualifications:** + Meet educational requirements (see education section) + Show strong written and verbal communication skills + Show strong problem-solving skills (comfort with ambiguity) + Ability to influence stakeholders + Project management experience + Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects + Have internship, work, or project experience in related field in a consulting capacity or client management + Have an understanding of business strategy (familiarity with US healthcare industry a plus, comfort with business principles and frameworks) + Have experience leveraging AI tools and technologies + Have experience with data analysis tools & reporting + Have an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation **Education:** + You should currently be pursuing a master's degree in business, marketing, public health, strategy, economics, or communications/public relations + Have a graduation date between September 2026 to August 2027 **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $55.00 - $55.00 Whether in our pharmacies or through our health service offerings, we are pioneering a bold new approach to total health care.
