The Position

At Roche, our Finance Centers of Excellence have led the way in breaking down silos, removing hierarchies, and working in new ways. We’ve learned from our successes and from the things that haven’t gone so well. We’re better equipped to look at interfaces and synergies, and to understand the risks of creating new silos. The Enterprise Center of Excellence (eCoE) is focusing on three key areas: delivering a high-level of financial expertise, innovative insights, and an entrepreneurial mindset that enables agility and flexibility for stakeholders. The eCoE is a talent engine for Finance through capability and network building, focusing on Financial Backbone, Digital Innovation, and Analytics and Insights. As a member of the eCoE, you will bring leadership and strong technical expertise, work in a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy, and serve as a catalyst for the Finance transformation, operating as an effective influencer, coach, and catalyst to the Finance network. You will have a passion to pilot new approaches, constructively challenge the status quo, and tolerate ambiguity.

This vital role, Pharma Technical Operations (PT) Finance Analyst & Data Owner, is a core member of the PT OBC (Outcome-Based Community) FP&A squad. This position focuses on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic value of Pharma Technical Operations (PT) financial data and management reporting.
