Experience: - 3–5 years working on BI projects - Experience in support service management Technical Skills: - Knowledge of tabular data modeling with Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular). - Proficiency in DAX for creating measures, KPIs, and advanced calculations. - Experience developing and publishing Power BI dashboards. - Optimization of data pipelines, SQL queries, and reporting models. - Knowledge of Azure SQL Database. -reporting experience with with Salesforce.com objects - Proficiency in ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). - Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in BI. - Familiarity with AI concepts and tools. Develop and publish interactive dashboards in Power BI. - Implement advanced DAX measures and optimize models to improve loading times. Translate business requirements into data solutions. Support users in managing incident and support resolution.
