Experience: - 3–5 years working on data integration and transformation projects (ETL/ELT). - Experience in support service management Technical Skills: - Knowledge of tabular data modeling with Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular). - Proficiency in DAX for creating measures, KPIs, and advanced calculations. - Experience developing and publishing Power BI dashboards. - Optimization of data pipelines, SQL queries, and reporting models. - Knowledge of Azure SQL Database. - Proficiency in ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). - Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in BI. - Familiarity with AI concepts and tools. Languages: English – C1 Design, maintain and optimaze SQL database Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes in Azure Data Factory (ADF) - Connect multiple data sources (SQL Server, ERP, CRM, APIs, files, etc.) and load them into cloud storage environments (Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage). - Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. Build and maintain data models in Tabular Analysis Services (Visual Studio + SSDT). - Define relationships, hierarchies, measures, and KPIs using DAX. - Design efficient structures for high-performance reporting. Develop and publish interactive dashboards in Power BI. - Implement advanced DAX measures and optimize models to improve loading times. Translate business requirements into data solutions. Support users in managing incident and support resolution.
