Salary: $120+/hr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time ENT to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions in an FQHC setting one day/week. Responsibilities: + Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions + Perform in-office procedures as appropriate + Provide patient education and follow-up care + Coordinate care with primary providers + Document visits in the EHR Qualifications: + MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology + New York State medical license (or eligibility) + Outpatient experience preferred
