Job Description
Join a dynamic team responsible for assembling various pieces of lawn equipment using hand and pneumatic tools. You will work closely with a group of skilled assemblers, rotating stations to learn different areas, while contributing to the efficient operation of the assembly line.
ResponsibilitiesReceive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader.Assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.Utilize hand tools and compressed air drivers effectively.Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.Keep tools, fixtures, and work area in neat and orderly condition.Adhere to all safety rules and policies.Perform various other duties and assignments to assist in the overall operation of the department.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly and manufacturing.Proficiency with hand tools, air guns, and air drivers.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to stand for extended periods.Additional Skills & QualificationsSkills in operating small hand tools.Willingness to work overtime.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled environment. The assembly lines are arranged to showcase the progression from small motor parts to the finished product, with all parts manufactured in-house using CNC and molding machines.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
