What You’ll Do
+ Perform on-site testing and evaluation of building enclosure systems—including roofing, windows, waterproofing, and façade systems.
+ Create clear, detailed technical reports using AutoCAD and other documentation tools.
+ Partner closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to support high-quality project outcomes.
+ Use MS Office and Outlook to maintain organized communication, reporting, and workflow tracking.
What You Bring
+ 3+ years of experience in the engineering field
+ Strong proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
+ Hands-on experience using AutoCAD for reporting and documentation
+ Exceptional writing and documentation skills
+ Ability to perform fieldwork with accuracy, professionalism, and problem‑solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
+ Experience with building enclosure system testing
+ RRC, RRO, or RWC certifications (a plus, not required)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockland, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
