Engineering Technician - Hybrid | Field-Focused | Growth-Oriented Role

What You’ll DoPerform on-site testing and evaluation of building enclosure systems—including roofing, windows, waterproofing, and façade systems.Create clear, detailed technical reports using AutoCAD and other documentation tools.Partner closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to support high-quality project outcomes.Use MS Office and Outlook to maintain organized communication, reporting, and workflow tracking.What You Bring3+ years of experience in the engineering fieldStrong proficiency with MS Office and OutlookHands-on experience using AutoCAD for reporting and documentationExceptional writing and documentation skillsAbility to perform fieldwork with accuracy, professionalism, and problem‑solving mindsetPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or ArchitectureExperience with building enclosure system testingRRC, RRO, or RWC certifications (a plus, not required)Why This Role Stands OutThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys field-based work and wants to be directly involved in testing and improving building performance. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
