Our client, an industry leader in advanced engineering solutions, is seeking an Engineering Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product development and testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00 hourly 

What's the Job?

Design and develop test procedures and standards for complex products Support the development and certification of environmental test functionality across multiple products and applications Perform day-to-day testing for research, development, and qualification of actuation components Collaborate with laboratory personnel to complete testing tasks according to work instructions Identify discrepancies in test units or systems and interpret test data in compliance with lab policies

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in actuation and pneumatic valve testing Knowledge of qualification processes for new product development (preferred) Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems (preferred) Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills
