Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role:

Perform and supervise maintenance work, ensuring compliance with the FM Maintenance program, Site Quality Manual, and EHS Manual.Conduct daily equipment checks, data logging, and early fault detection for facilities systems.Oversee preventive maintenance work, both in-house and by external vendors, ensuring proper documentation.Address client complaints, equipment/system failures, and implement continuous improvement for energy efficiency and system robustness.Provide support for ad-hoc projects, safety training, and any additional duties assigned by the Manager/Engineer/Supervisor.

About you:

Clean room of 3 years preferred if possible 3 years exp in pharmaceutical industries preferred Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, BMS and air compressorAble to do hand on 1st level trouble shooting and minor repair works.
