Job Title: Engineering Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic components. You will work primarily in the testing area and assist in other departments as needed. Responsibilities + Perform electronic tests and identify issues. + Troubleshoot and repair electronic components. + Assist in other areas such as quality, shipping, and production. + Communicate effectively with other departments. + Help retain knowledge by working closely with technicians nearing retirement. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electronics and testing. + Ability to troubleshoot electronic components. + Experience with RF testing. + Skill in soldering and using solder printers. + Associates Degree in a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication skills. + Experience working in a collaborative environment. Work Environment Our work environment is laid-back, yet professional, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Initially, you will work a set schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, during training. Post-training, there is some flexibility with work hours. You will work in a clean production floor environment at small workstations, wearing uniforms to prevent static discharge. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
