What you'll do Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance Support and develop engineers and specialist contractors, helping them grow their skills and capabilities Oversee the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring quality workmanship and great customer experience Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, cost‑effective technical solutions Manage day‑to‑day team performance, conduct and attendance, with support from HR where needed Stay up to date with legislation and ensure company-wide compliance Identify training needs (including CORGI, NICEIC, HV) and help maintain technical excellence Represent the engineering function when working with client technical teams and external agencies

 

What we're looking for A technically qualified engineer (HNC/ONC or equivalent) in HVAC or dual‑trade Strong technical background in a similar engineering environment Previous supervisory experience (preferred) Confident people leader with excellent communication skills Someone who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, high‑quality work
