Job Title: Engineering Recruiter Job Description This is a full cycle recruitment position focusing specifically on engineering and technical roles. The role encompasses the entire recruitment process, from intake meetings with managers to onboarding candidates. The responsibilities include scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Responsibilities + Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events. + Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and their roles of interest. + Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process. + Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). + Act as an internal advocate for candidates by preparing offer recommendations that align with business requirements and deliver approved offers to candidates. + Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication. + Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Essential Skills + 5+ or 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience. + Experience in recruiting engineering skillsets. + Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus). + Attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience as an Engineering Recruiter. + Experience as a Sourcer. Work Environment This is a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite and 1 day working from home, with flexibility on which day to work from home. The work hours are Monday to Friday, with the option to work 8-4 or 9-5. The team is friendly and personable, and the organization is experiencing growth, expecting to hire 200 positions by the end of the year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rockville, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
