Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Front Line Care (FLC) organization supporting cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a self-starter, and demonstrate a driven attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Engineering Project Manager
**Location: Skaneateles, NY**
**Pay Range:** Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead and execute multiple key projects within the Front Line Care organization with minimal supervision
+ Identify project members and milestones necessary for successful project completion (Project Scoping)
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as R&D, Technical Communications, and external suppliers
+ Provide weekly updates on project status to stakeholders
+ Ensure project deliverables meet the intended objectives and are completed on time
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
+ 8 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Project Leadership roles
+ 2 to 5 years of matrix management experience (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
+ Proven ability to independently evaluate, select, and adapt engineering techniques
+ Experience with regulated industries and project management methodologies (PMP preferred)
