**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Engineering Operations Consultant, you will oversee a variety of projects in support of the maintenance and repair programfor facilities of a financial sector client
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set ofassets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Coordinate soft services and engineering services forall business units, large departments, or work groups. Establishspecifications, solicit bids, negotiate, and participate in contractdevelopment.
+ Responsible for KPI’s and deliverables. Provide requesteddeliverables on time 100% and utilize CBRE data tools to ensure successful KPIperformance.
+ Emergency Response – 24/7 response to emergencies relatingto buildings within a regional portfolio. Including: Severe weather, naturaldisasters and other emergencies that affect business as usual. This includesinitial response, client communications and escalations as well as vendormanagement and follow-up. Delegating tasks and follow up to AFM whenappropriate.
+ Coordinate soft services for all business units, large departments, or work groups. Establish specifications,solicit bids, negotiate, and participate in contract development.
+ Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements.
+ Secure necessary operating supplies such as janitorial and maintenance.
+ Oversee various services such as maintenance, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and paving.
+ Point of contact for emergency situations and issues that occur during and outside of normal business hours.
+ Confirm company and client records are managed according to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complexassignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus andconvince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in a distributed portfolio and multi-site management preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and otherfinancial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Engineering Operations Consultant position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Engineering Operations Consultant position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
