Where is the work:  

From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

 

What you will do:    

Prioritize the needs of internal and external customer requests and deploy engineering resources accordingly to execute New Product Development, Productivity, and Quality and Reliability projects.

Provide guidance and leadership to product engineers and support staff including designers, lab technicians and other team members.

Ensure design integrity of engineering and design work.

Define skill requirements of direct reports and lead recruitment efforts to bring them to the team.

Create, maintain, and communicate project resource allocations and budgets.

Travel to various locations to support projects. Up to 10% travel expected.

 

What you will bring:  

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.  

Experience with application of key hardware components within a refrigeration system such as coils, fans, compressors, motors and controls. Understanding of HVAC system functions including refrigeration, heat transfer, airflow and ventilation.

Demonstrate consistently high leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and gain acceptance from members of cross-functional teams without direct authority, to deliver business results

Passion for team member development and coaching

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Knowledge of product development processes

Must have the ability to quickly and efficiently understand, condense, and organize information necessary to make engineering decisions

 

Compensation:    

Base Pay Range: $102,000 - $145,000. 

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
