The role involves engineering design management for a prestigious project in Riyadh to manage the design and support construction of infrastructure and public realm. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Provides management and direction for the design of a large and complex public realm design package inclusive of the infrastructure, roads and utilities as part of our Clients Delivery Team. + This role requires the management of the clients appointed design team and management of engineering through construction **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Able to solve complex problems and provide suitable solutions. + Ability to lead and motivate a team + Minimum of 15 years of related experience + Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion. + Flexible ready to take on and overcome new challenges. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Proven ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required. + Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in Design and Construction. + Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.
