Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction to innovation initiatives and research workFollow industry and academic trends to identify high impact initiatives and partnershipsCollaborate with experts to develop novel algorithmic approaches and evaluate their clinical relevanceCommunicate with customers, clinicians and product management for identifying future needs for new algorithms, performance improvements etc.Communicate globally with different R&D organizations for identifying opportunities to exchange and platform algorithm technology, clinical data, testing capabilities, etc.Bring innovations into technology roadmaps aligned with customer needsDrive change for use of AI in development and product algorithmsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, common goals, and ownershipAttract and mentor a team of talented algorithms developers supporting their personal growthLead algorithm teams in program execution

Qualifications and experienceDeveloping signal processing and algorithmsApplying Machine Learning for data scienceUsing software development best practices to improve processes and toolsDemonstrated experience leading people, teams, and projectsExcellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skillsAbility to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and build an inclusive cultureSolution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learningProficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit
