The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team, acting as a key decision-maker. In This Role, You Will: Lead and manage all engineering personnel and activities, including hiring, reviews, and fostering team growth Oversee and manage diverse engineering projects (ECNs, NPD, R&D), outsourced services, and customer technical support Assure documentation and organization of engineering operational systems and continuously improve design processes as Process Owner Provide hands-on engineering support for design projects, technical documentation, and developing manufacturing tooling Represent engineering at trade shows and conferences, offering technical and sales support
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 10-15 years of equivalent electrical engineering experience (A Master's degree is preferred) 15+ years experience in mechanical or preferably electrical engineering, with 7+ years in a design/new product development role 5+ years’ experience in managing a team and 5 years in project management, with a proven ability to inspire and execute plans A stable work history (at least 3 years per job), excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and outstanding technical aptitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SolidWorks (CAD) and experience in pipeline, power utility, corrosion, or cathodic protection industries is preferred
