Job Overview

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmapEnsure that all integration of functions meet business goalsDefine necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancementsRecommend product customization for system integrationIdentify problem causality, business impact and root causesExhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products and servicesAdvise or mentor junior team membersImpact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating servicesAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering roleExperience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environmentProject Management experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationComprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practicesDemonstrated analytic/diagnostic skillsAbility to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teamsAbility to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiativeAbility to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsProven track record of operational process change and improvement

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferred

Digital Workplace Client Services cross service pillar responsible for the introduction of Emerging Technology, AI, and Cloud Services; the Automation Development of existing manual touch points, risk and control functions and end user experience enhancements; Process Automation Services; Telemetry and Service Quality.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
