**A Snapshot ofYour Day** In the Engineering Development Program (EDP), you will experience a 12-month rotational program with three challenging 4-month assignments in Siemens Energy. You will get direct exposure to multiple product lines in the power generation industry through rotations in at least two different locations (Orlando, FL, Charlotte & Winston Salem, NC, and Ft. Payne, AL.) These rotations will help assure a well-rounded view of the many career opportunities in Siemens Energy. Additionally, customized training and projects will ensure you learn and experience some of the most technologically advanced power generation equipment on the market. During the program, in addition to learning the technology and the company, you can develop life-long friendships with your fellow EDP colleagues while creating a network that can benefit you throughout your career. After completion of the 12 month program, you will be placed in Orlando where you can further grow your engineering career.
