Engineering Change Coordinator
Job Title: Engineering Change CoordinatorJob Description As an Engineering Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining SAP records to ensure the seamless manufacturing and support of new or updated products. This involves managing materials, BOM structures, routing details, inspection requirements, and other master data by handling effective dates, revisions, and lifecycle attributes within SAP/ERP. You will monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and oversee the full engineering change cycle from review through documentation, approvals, and system updates. Responsibilities + Build and maintain accurate SAP records for new or updated products. + Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies before they impact production or supply chain activities. + Oversee the full engineering change cycle from first review through documentation, routing, approvals, and system updates. + Maintain organized records of changes, past revisions, and archived updates to ensure transparency and traceability. + Identify and remove bottlenecks in the ECO workflow, using performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. + Partner with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and product teams to coordinate and communicate product updates or new launches effectively. + Support initiatives tied to product transitions, process updates, or system improvements, often acting as a facilitator or project lead. + Help unify processes and standards across multiple locations by sharing best practices and aligning systems and data where possible. + Serve as an internal resource for how SAP data impacts manufacturing, planning, and product availability. Essential Skills + Highly proficient in SAP. + Experience with engineering change notices and the overall process. + High School Diploma. + 5+ years of experience overall. + Proficient in MS Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong understanding of document control and BOMs. + Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
