Engineer - Mechanical

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Ensure smooth and safe Plant operation during Shift.

Key Individual Accountabilities Ensure Compliance to all safety & environment Procedures Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to Handle emergencies Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various requirements Maintain Documentation as per IMS requirement Hand over take over charge during shift changes Ensure Equipment change over schedule to be maintained Ensure the Preventive maintenance schedule is followed Attend any of the plant problem as and when required. Maintain logbooks of the shift. Ensure adherence of all safety procedure by field staff and contract Labour Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager Key Interactions

Instrument, Electrical, Quality, Process & EHS Team Team members Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge

BE - Mechanical with 5 to 7 years in maintenance of Caustic process Plant.

Conversant to work in SAP environment with hands-on experience of various SAP modules. Hands-on experience in continuous process plant. Knowledge about Safety & Occupational Health requirements. Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures. Key Performance Indicators
