Handles routine and emergency maintenance calls for complex and keeps routine watch over operating condition of HVAC, electric, plumbing and medical systems in the facilities

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

Two years general maintenance experience preferred

Adequate knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing  & Carpentry
