Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as an Electrical Engineer, T2, based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Engineering team, where they will work on the Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) suite of products as a Test Engineer.
What You’ll get to Do:
Researches, designs, develops, tests, and identifies improvements / corrective actions for a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including Lasers, Laser Transmitters, Ultraviolet sensors, Infrared sensors, system Processors along with an assortment of test equipment and associated systems.
Basic Qualifications Electrical Engineer, T2:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or Master of Science (MS) degree in an equivalent field.Experience with troubleshooting electronic hardware - basic RF or Digital troubleshooting.Working knowledge of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power supplies, network analyzers, etc.The ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceU.S. Citizen

Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
