The role will include supporting the dry gas seal tester design and jointly resolve any issues during dynamic testing. A key driver of this role is to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction levels. **Responsibilities:** • Provide application support on selection for gas compressor seals. • Provide support on product coding and basic engineering advice. • Provide support on reference proposal drawings and experience lists for specific applications. • Provide the upgrade solution or conversion proposals & solutions for sales team. • Troubleshooting to support gas seal testing issues in the dynamic tester. • Custom designed seal selection for customer inquiries and review with Singapore hub. • Recommend standard seal selection in 90% of cases independently. • Assist sales team to attend technical clarifications and meetings. • Review and take ownership for proposal and order engineering drawings, produced by GTEC and create customer submittal documents like test procedure, IOM for gas seals and tester. • Maintain a daily log of activities and weekly reports of jobs processed for reporting manager review on a regular base. **Requirements:** • Diploma or above majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent, Pump or rotating equipment. • 5+ years working experience on centrifugal pumps, Mechanical seal & mixer equipment will be advantage. • Proficiency with 3D CAD Solid works. • Familiar with Mechanical engineering design and ANSI / API standard. • Familiar with MS office tools . • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Strong self - motivation, willingness to learn and work ethic. • Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering specifications and drawings. • Strong self - motivation, willingness to learn and work ethics. **Preferred Experience/Skills:** • Proficient in written and spoken English will be advantage. • Working Experience on Mechanical Seal-Dry Seal Design.
