Engineer - Building Services Job ID 238198 Posted 08-Sep-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong We Offer + Competitive salary and benefits package (including medical insurance from Day 1, dental plan, life insurance and performance-linked bonus) + Collaborative and supportive work environment + Stable employment Opportunities and supportive leadership to help you reach your full potential Job Responsibilities + Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work + Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance + Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM/ FM order system to KPI requirements + Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants + Verify and maintain all related documents in a complete and accurate manner + Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard + Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule + Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation/ tender as assigned Qualifications and Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines + 10 years' maintenance experience in Building Services/ Facilities Management industry + Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills + Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.
