The role requires reviewing and analyzing data to evaluate project loads and propose improvements. You will utilize Microsoft Office tools to present findings and collaborate with different business units throughout each project's life cycle. Responsibilities + Work with new business inquiries to add gas service to various sites. + Review and analyze data for new customers and evaluate project loads. + Assess pros and cons of proposed improvements and create efficiencies. + Utilize MS Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint) to present findings. + Collaborate with business units and system planning team throughout project life cycle. + Make recommendations based on models and simulations. + Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and querying tables. + Create and deliver presentations to internal teams and executives. Essential Skills + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for modeling and large dataset analysis. + Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex ideas. + ABET Accredited Engineering Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field. + Experience with engineering development, water analysis, and modeling. + Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ internships or up to three years of experience. + Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is a plus. + Ability to read and interpret engineering plans. + Familiarity with fluid dynamics, hydraulic analysis software, and thermal analysis. Work Environment This is an in-office position from Monday to Friday, with an optional work-from-home day on Friday unless meetings are scheduled. The role is based in a collaborative and team-focused environment located in the heart of midtown ATL, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops.
