As a CMDB Engineer in our Global Technology Solutions department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality systems and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technological infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's objectives.  Responsible for the overall roadmap, backlog, architecture, design, implementation, enhancements and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as well as implementation and development of new CMDB integrations on the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise.

Responsibilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work that includes the designing and developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems and applications. Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively addressing any issues and proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes. Maintain and update documentation related to system design, development, and maintenance processes.Provide subject matter expertise, acting as technical product advocate, design, develop and implement ITIL processes where CMDB services are consumed by ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules within ServiceNow platform. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.Proposes data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.Translates requirements into functional and technical requirements.Develop technical design documents. Designs and develops extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards CMDB, SACM and other modules.Reviews and refines designs for usability, review testing scenarios and refines test cases, to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience with software development, system administration, or network management, depending on the specific discipline. ServiceNow Fundamentals Course completion.ServiceNow Configuration Compliance Essentials Course completion.ITIL Foundations Certification preferred. Benefits

The annual base salary range is $85,000 - $105,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
