We boldly go. **Job Summary：** In this Refrigeration System Engineer position, you will work closely with the project team to boldly tackle the cutting-edge challenges of the industry. You will complete the design and validation of refrigeration systems using advanced simulation software and top-tier testing equipment, while closely monitoring industry and technological trends to continuously enhance customer value. We expect candidates to possess relevant HVAC theoretical knowledge to efficiently advance technical work. If you are passionate about innovation in air conditioning technology and can work efficiently in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply for this position. **Responsibilities:** · Deliver validated designs for Air conditioning and Refrigeration systems through simulation, testing and technical data generation with following product development process. · Select and design key components for new product development projects in air conditioning/heat pumps (centrifugal, screw, scroll, etc.) or air-side systems. · Develop test plans for prototypes & parts and evaluate test results. · Provide technical documentation for new product releases. · Continuously monitor industry technology development trends. · Optimize system performance and cost through continuous improvement and innovation. · Provide work documentation as necessary. **Qualifications:** · Master's degree or higher in Thermal Energy, Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Air Conditioning, Engineering Thermophysics, or related fields. · CET-6 or equivalent level in English, with good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. · Good time management and teamwork skills. · Strong problem assessment and problem-solving skills. · Good planning abilities, capable of handling pressure and challenges. · Up to 5% travel may be required for the job. **Key Competencies:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
