Overview:
As the Engineer, Quality Assurance (Quality Projects), you will be responsible for driving the Quality Project Portfolio with the objective of improving efficiency and turning strategy into execution. This role will also coordinate activities aimed at enhancing the quality of products and processes in Revlon, including analyzing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous quality advancement.
Responsibilities:
Lead Quality Improvement Projects Portfolio: Oversee the Quality project portfolio, facilitating improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Identify potential risks to the project's success and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Implement Quality Improvement Strategies: Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) to optimize quality processes. Manage Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to align project goals. Monitor Quality Metrics: Track and report key quality metrics to senior management. Ensure project deliverables are met. Develop Quality Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to support quality improvements and ensure process consistency. Train and Mentor Staff: Educate employees on quality improvement initiatives and new quality processes.Who you are:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in quality engineering, continuous improvement, or a similar role, with project management experience. Preference in the cosmetic, food, pharma, or ingredients industry. The base pay range for this position in Kenilworth, NJ is $80k - $105k
The base pay range for this position in Oxford, NC is $70k - $95k
Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
