**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develop, optimize, and sustain end‑to‑end assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production.
+ Lead SSD end-to-end assembly quality and yield , including DOE execution and root‑cause analysis, to drive yield, quality, and performance improvements.
+ Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI—to support new product introduction and high‑volume manufacturing readiness.
+ Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation such as work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs.
+ Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel and engineering teams to strengthen operational capability.
+ Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce variation.
+ Support customer visits , customer audits, technical reviews, and related compliance activities.
+ Improve first‑pass yield (FPY) performance to consistently meet or exceed 99%.
+ Define and implement troubleshooting procedures for manufacturing operations, ensuring all process alarms have clear OCAPs and validating the effectiveness of each corrective action plan.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or any equivalent
+ At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
PREFERRED:
+ Proficient in DOE, SPC, FMEA, and root‑cause analysis methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys
+ Experience with automation systems, vision inspection technologies, and process control software is advantageous
+ Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
+ Capable of working independently while effectively leading cross‑functional teams
+ Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
