As an Engineer in our MarTech Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality systems and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work that includes the designing and developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems and applications.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows the outline.Conduct thorough testing of systems and applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively addressing any issues and proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.Maintain and update documentation related to system design, development, and maintenance processes.Provide guidance to associate level employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience with full stack software developmentMinimum 3 years’ experience using programming languages JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or PythonMinimum 3 years’ experience with operating systems, databases, and networking protocols.3+ years’ experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).Experience with Marketing Technology and Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target) Benefits

The annual base salary range is $70,000 -$110,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
