**Title:** Manufacturing Engineer
**Location:** 2305 Walnut St Roseville, MN USA 55113
**Duration:** 12 Months | 100% Onsite
**Pay Range:** $44/ hr to $46/ hr (On W2)
We are looking for a **“Manufacturing Engineer** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a **Manufacturing Engineer** to support production operations, process validations, and equipment troubleshooting. This role will be responsible for evaluating production equipment, developing process improvements, creating manufacturing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Evaluate production equipment and processes for performance, efficiency, and compliance.
+ Provide production support and lead process validation activities.
+ Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
+ Write and review protocols, reports, and other technical documentation.
+ Generate and update manufacturing process documentation in compliance with business standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, divisional, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System.
+ Participate in small-scale projects or assist senior engineers in larger initiatives.
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
+ 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
+ Initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Proficiency in databases and relevant computer software.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple assignments.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
+ Ability to develop solutions and contingency plans through comprehensive review of alternatives.
