Engagement Manager, Professional Services Korea
At Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services, we’re hiring Engagement Managers to lead internal AWS, external partner, and customer teams. Engagement Managers deliver AWS cloud products and services that enable our customers to realize their business outcomes. These professional services engagements focus on AWS solutions to help customers and partners remove constraints and accelerate their journey to AWS.

Key job responsibilities
DELIVERY
· Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes developing and managing project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, milestones, budgets, and defining success criteria.
· Demonstrate hands on expertise in project management and agile best practices across large and complex engagements.
· Lead project team to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
· Collaborate with AWS internal stakeholders to seek to understand our customers’ needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering customer outcomes.

COMMUNICATION
· Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills, across all levels of management.
· Interface with various customers and internal AWS stakeholders which consists of senior leadership teams and project-level resources such as SMEs.

TEAMING
· Proven success in working with dispersed teams and executive leadership in a complex customer environment.
· Team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members (local or remote), sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.

This is a customer-facing role. You will be required to travel to customer locations to deliver professional services when needed.

· 프로젝트팀이 고객의 비즈니스 성과와 목표를 달성하도록 이슈, 리스크, 의사 결정 및 업무를 관리 및 지원
예산과 마감일의 압박 속에서 책임감을 가지고 일할 수 있는 능력

솔루션
· 고객의 환경과 제약 사항에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개인 혹은 다양한 조직을 리딩하여 프로젝트 목표를 분석하고 달성하기 위한 계획 수립을 통해 AWS 팀 멤버, 관계자 / SME 및 서드 파티의 목표 달성을 지원
· 전략적 사고를 통해 프로젝트 목표를 달성하기 위한 계획의 수립 및 실행
· 고객의 사업/재무적인 목표 달성을 지원

커뮤니케이션
· 뛰어난 프레젠테이션 및 의사 소통 (구두 및 서면) 능력
· 외부 경영진 레벨 및 내부 AWS 이해 관계자와의 커뮤니케이션

팀워크
· 복잡한 고객 환경에서 다양한 팀 및 경영진과의 협력 도출
·Cross functional (로컬 또는 원격) 팀원, 주요 관계자, 임원 및 프로젝트에 관여하거나 영향을 받는 개인 또는 조직을 효과적으로 통합하고 동기를 부여하며 관계를 구축
· 매트릭스 환경에서 다양한 업무 관계자를 관리
