This resource will be responsible for supporting the execution of Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to support Healthcare consulting projects in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and teams. Key responsibilities include facilitating/managing the Quality Assurance (QA) process, identifying opportunities to improve our client services & team experience, partnering cross-functionally to ensure outcomes from the program are integrated into daily operations, presenting to executive leadership teams on themes & opportunities, and empowering the usage & adoption of the program within our project leadership teams. This role requires an individual who can independently own complex initiatives, manage escalations, and serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee execution of the Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) program for large, integrated projects and capability teams, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey, Project Experience Survey (PES), Capability Reviews, and Client-facing exec/sponsor 1:1 interviews.Contribute to the evolution of Engagement Health into future-state Engagement Delivery Excellence (EDE) at an enterprise level, including helping define scalable processes across different business units.Co-lead group of senior leaders representing each capability area, called EH Champions, who are responsible for capturing themes and driving change within respective capabilities.Conduct comprehensive analyses of large volumes of QA feedback across multiple projects to identify risk themes and trends for industry, business unit, and/or capability leadership.Prepare for and co-present at least quarterly to executive teams on program themes, risks, and opportunities.Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business, including but not limited to sales support, IT, and operations.Continuously assess EH processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and adopt best practices.Continue advancement of the program through creating and maintaining training documentation, process flows, and presentations.Own initiatives end to end, from intake and prioritization through execution, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through.Assess escalations, exercise independent judgment, and determine appropriate paths forward, including when and how to involve senior leadership.Influence project leaders, capability leaders, and cross-functional partners to drive adoption, behavior change, and resolution of issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Highly organized individual who can absorb and synthesize detailed information.Executive comfort and presence to meet with leadership to address challenges.Requires use of independent judgment, discretion, and decision-making abilities.Ability to independently learn new tools and databases, including leveraging AI (e.g., copilot)Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsHigh degree of comfort using Microsoft business products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Power BI experience preferred.Skilled at managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced, global enterprise.Minimum of 5 years of experience providing consulting services in a project‑based environmentCandidates may live anywhere in the contiguous U.S.; this is a non‑billable, no-travel role.Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.Bachelor's degree required.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $185,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
