Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for design of test cases, testing features/modules and ensures high quality deliverables.Executes verification activities of the program/project in consultation and alignment with team.Participates in review of requirements, system design, test plans and test cases.Contributes to the team and works in direction from Senior Team Members or management, beginning to work independently.Has the ability to take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary.Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with team members.Applies principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and testing techniques.Participates in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps.

Qualifications / Experience and/or Background

BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science/ Electronics or related streams.About 3 to 5 years’ experience in testing software.Experience in manual testing of Embedded Software and/or Web/mobile software.Any experience in automation testing is a definite plus.Expertise in test design, test data creation and test execution.Demonstrated success in delivering results on technical challenges.Experience in Medical/Healthcare domain is a plus.
