You’ll navigate regulatory pathways, support ESG disclosures, and strengthen our environmental data systems. Success requires strong technical skills in Tableau, SQL, Microsoft tools, along with a solid understanding of environmental reporting frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, compliance, and sustainability strategy. **What You’ll Do** + Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. + Review complex data and interpret sustainability reports to find opportunities for new programs and improvements in current programs + Lead ESG reporting + Present energy and sustainability status reports. Collect energy, waste, and water data from sites and interested parties. + Monitor sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste diversion, and recycling + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates. + Explain information to others in straightforward situations. + Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Develop dashboard reports and presentations to communicate sustainability performance + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. **What You’ll Need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CEM and LEED accreditation preferred, training and accreditation part of development and performance management requirements. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality. + Sophisticated math skills.
