Summary The Coordinator, Operations Expert supports production, purchasing, quality, and accounting functions to ensure production and supply chain requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. This role works closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain production schedules, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate transportation, and support payroll and administrative workflows.Responsibilities Manage the overall life of all wholesale propane contractsSet up critical contract information into our accounting, scheduling and inventory management systemsMaintain contract terms and solve issues as it relates to contract operationsEnter contract provisions, locations, pricing set-up and fees in SAP systemManage customer and carrier insurancePartner with Account Managers to resolve contract disputes between the customer and CHS in an equitable mannerAnalyze contract data, per the request of propane leadershipSupport the Propane customer portal and SAP by trouble shooting, testing and reviewing accuracyMaintain Excel database of daily market pricesPartner with sales, logistics, and accounting staff to ensure contracts are set up properly thereby assuring accuracy in accounting and distribution functionsAssist the refined fuels wholesale operations, propane and energy equipment teams on relevant projects and process enhancementsMinimum Qualifications (required) 1 years of experience working in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role.High School DiplomaAdditional Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritizeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to learn and work within an ERP system.Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
