Minimum Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications** Based on experience and education, candidates will be considered for the following levels of Energy Engineer: **Level II:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field **AND** 2 years of experience in engineering and energy economics and practices. **LevelIII :** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field **AND** 3 years of experience in engineering and energy economics and practices. **Substitutions allowed for Experience:** When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
